మనసును మనము నియంత్రించము; అదే మనలను నియంత్రిస్తుంది. నిజానికి మనకు ఏమాత్రం సంబంధము లేనివే మన మనసనును వాటివైపుకు లాక్కొని వాటి నియంత్రణలో వాటి ఇచ్చానుసారము ఉంచుకొంటాయి.
