అత్యున్నతమైన ధ్యానమంటే ఆలోచనారహితంగా ఉండటం. నీవు ఒక్కక్షణమైనా ఎట్టి ఆలోచనలూ లేకుండా ఉండగలిగితే గొప్పవైన శక్తులు నీ వశమవుతాయి.
