నీ అంతరంగాన జాగ్రత్తగా వెతుకు. నీ బలహీనతలను తెలుసుకో. నెమ్మదిగా, మరియు స్థిరంగా వాటినన్నిటినీ తొలగించుకో - అన్ని నిరాశలనూ (తొలగించుకో). మన మనసు శుద్ధమైనకొద్దీ, మనము ధ్యానంలో ఉన్నత స్థితిని పొందగలము.
