అనంతము (అనంతశక్తి) పై ధ్యానముచేయటం ద్వారా మనసు తన పరిమితులను దాటుకొని ఎలా అనంతమును (అనంతమైన అవకాశాలను) అందకోగలదో వివరించటమే వేదాంతశాస్త్రపు ప్రధాన ఉద్దేశ్యము.
