ఆత్మానుభవాన్ని ఎంచుకొనే సాధకుడు దానిని సాధించగలడు. ధృడమైన భక్తి మరియు ఏకాగ్రతతో కూడిన ధ్యానముల ద్వారా మనం దీనిని (ఆత్మానుభవాన్ని) సాధించగలము.
